I disagree. Mike Pence destroyed himself in an epic fashion. Tucker just gave him the rope to hang himself with.
Trump isn’t very good about selecting subordinates, but the upside to this is his former VP is not a ambiguous factor. That Reagan acquiesced to someone capable of stabbing us in the back for multiple generations is one of his greatest weaknesses.
Sometimes incompetence has obvious upsides. Pence isn’t fit to be much more than vice president.
