Anecdotally, I've only seen this guy talked up on right-wing websites/sources, Democrats seem to dislike him. Polling backs that up too. So I'm not exactly sure what the winning game plan is running in a Democratic primary, especially against a sitting incumbent president.

Anecdotally, I have heard that a candidate for office can be paid from political donations the salary of the job they are seeking. If that’s true, there’s financial incentive to run for office...
