Perhaps Biden wants to decrease the number of military in the U.S. available to put down riots by Antifa, forest fires set by terrorists, put out sandbags to deal with river flooding caused by blow up damns upstream, etc.?

erhaps Biden wants to decrease the number of military in the U.S. available to put down riots by Antifa, forest fires set by terrorists, put out sandbags to deal with river flooding caused by blow up damns upstream, etc.? If it's still true that "military is the only way", this would be a good time for a mutiny.
