Russia running short on something when reported by Western news gets supported by the reduction of Russia’s use of that item, from artillery to missiles or whatever.

The electric grid seems to be left alone enough and the Russian shortages are enough that industry is willing to build factories in Ukraine now.

Rheinmetall will build and repair tanks in Ukraine, says CEO

“Rheinmetall will open an armored vehicle plant in Ukraine within the next 12 weeks, shrugging off concerns other Western defense companies reportedly have about building a presence in the country while it is at war with Russia.”

I just posted about a dozen example of Western "sources" falsely claiming Russia was running out of things they obviously weren't running out of.

Your response is to just regurgitate the same pap over again...go figure. 🙄

-btw who cares if Germany says they're building a tank manufacturing plant next year in Ukraine...its quite clear the Russians can/will destroy it once its built since they are NOT running out of missiles.
