-btw who cares if Germany says they're building a tank manufacturing plant next year in Ukraine...its quite clear the Russians can/will destroy it once its built since they are NOT running out of missiles.
Things that Russia has been running out of were in your post, you haven’t noticed as one after the other they have had to reduce or nearly stop the use of the stocks of the things that they are running out of?
Remember how the missile attacks had to slow and those campaigns given up, or the artillery that is no longer 60,000 shells a day, or the having to drag out the ancient tanks, or the shortages of winter gear, the reduced exposure of aircraft, withdrawal of naval assets and more?
The willingness of foreign businesses to build weapons factories in Ukraine is a sure sign that they think the risk is now acceptable due to Russian war shortages.
