Probably the guys’d last day on the job

I delivered pizza while in college. Low pay, I was paid by my employer for each delivery. A tip was “extra” income and sincerely appreciated. The customer got a “thank you” whether they tipped me or not

Because when business when down, I was sent home. No deliveries, no work. No work, no pay

Entitled immature kids who are doing a disservice to their employer. I blame the parents

Back in the mid 90’s, one of my good friends worked delivery for a pizza parlor near a Wake Forest University when she was also going to college. She delivered pizzas M-F, 11 am -2 pm and banked $25k in one year. She and her husband were saving for a house and all of her earnings - wages and tips- went into a separate bank account.

She did a lot of deliveries for the hospitals and college functions and they tipped well.
