The former CSA is now, mostly, the red states; and for the most part the blue states that fought in 1861 to overthrow the original Constitution are still blue states.

I live in a red state; I think I'll stay. You live, deservedly, in a blue state.

I don't know that as a fact. You may very well have slipped into a red state to live; there could be a smart side of you we have not seen.
