I never buy Ben and Jerry’s.

Last week I did buy Blue Bell ice cream, $10.00, on sale for $5.99, half gallon.

Have a good freezer, but, when I went to scoop some out it wasn’t that hard to do, I mentioned to hubby I think they are cutting back on some ingredients, too easy to scoop.

We used to buy Blue Bell....since it is made right here in the great state of Texas....and, supposedly the cows are the happiest...lol....until I read the ingredients.....

Milk, cream, sugar, skim milk, high fructose corn syrup, natural and artificial vanilla flavor, cellulose gum, vegetable gums (guar, carrageenan, carob bean), salt, annatto color.

No, thanks!

Now, like Judy’s daughter, we make our own...or, buy the Enlightened brand....much better ingredients.

I’ve found that same issue. The first scoops are easy. Put it back into the freezer and the next time scoops are hard.
