Howdy, he was suing some of the tabloids in the UK over privacy invasions and phone hacking. He also alleged some secret plan the Royal Family had with the same tabloids which caused him some sort of difficulty. The judge basically very nicely called him a liar. I think the stuff that is going through to trial was not exactly what he was wanting.
