To these old eyes, that scene looks very much like:
1) At least two fairly energetic demolition charges along the near side of the building. (Carefully located to restrict blast effects to "warehouse" while sparing the "office building" immediately to the right)
2) Perhaps three smaller charges at each of the "loading docks"(?) on the left end. (Again located to prevent damage to structures adjacent further to the left.)

In 1989 a tornado went through the yard next to my house. It tore up a lot of things and put cars on their sides and even moved a car to a completely different spot. In my yard, nothing! No damage at all; there was only a few leaves off the trees. Tornadoes are weird in that some things are touched and other things are left alone.
So, yes, I can believe a tornado did that to Pfizer.
