You’re welcome!

Benadryl is what helps me when I breathe too much of it, which can be one breath when I step out the door.

It actually causes my air passages to close and I can barely breathe.

Benadryl has always helped me to breathe again, very quickly.

Normally for allergies (daily - I have asthma) I take Chlorphineramine maleate - (an old over the counter antihistamine sold at Walgreens as “Walgreens Allergy Relief”, formerly as “Walfinate”).

I also take a prescription, Montelukast.

These two in combination work well for me.

Montelukast stops a large part of the histamine overreaction that other antihistamines don’t stop.

Your doctor might prescribe this over the phone, but can’t say for sure, of course.

It’s commonly prescribed.

I hope this helps and I hope y’all feel better soon!

Pax!! This is what we have been taking, the past few years....the 4 hour allergy/old school OTC allergy med. It is a miracle worker!

Benadryl is my go to, at night.

That's how I felt the other day, when I was washing the fence...couldn't catch my breath....like asthma.

Will ask the doc abt the Montelus....whatever that is :)

Again...thanks so much!!!

Gran...I don't think it's an infection....yet. Hopefully!!! But, will do.

Signed,

🤧

Or just a boiling pan of water steam/towel over head until you figure out what you have.
Take lung supplement.
