Well, it’s complicated. So, I was actually up doing my bladder adjustment routine at 1:00, 2:45, 4:00, 6:30, and 8:30. Normally I wouldn’t go back to bed after the 8:30 emptying, but I did.....thus my 10:30 rise and shine! I’ve decided that my numerous jaunts to the bathroom every night (although it’s hardly a long walk lol) count as exercise, so I feel like I’ve accomplished something!
I can turn anything to work in my favor!

Each step we take IS exercise, Judy.
I wake up many times at night, sometime to make a trip like you do, other times who knows why.
It’s the times I can’t fall back to sleep quickly that have me feeling like I was run over by a Mack truck when I do get up for the day.

You sound like me. I don’t go to bed until 11:30 or midnight and then it starts about every 2 hrs. Then I finally get up about 8:00 8:30. :-(
