Now this breakfast really looks amazing. Bacon is the over the top winner! If you don't mind I'm passing my syrup to another here and using my local honey. I'm all stopped up this morning. Downing three Quercetin with Bromelain with my Coke. I'm already able to breathe better.

I got up to check on the Scottish Open. I sure wish I was there! I've always wanted to visit Scotland.
