Every new home you see now has Gray & White. I hate it. So cold and NO personality. I like warm colors.

Good point...I have thought this but never voiced it as you. I tried to get a nephew replace a couple windows for larger ones without small panes. He did do amazing changes but I personally thought larger window

He really got large eyes as my other nephew who updated a couple of my rooms when I suggested some skylights. You say skylights and they look like a deer in the head lights. But..but..but they leak! One nephew wanted us to let him cover over our skylights and the other nephew thought I was out of my mind. Our skylights have never leaked. Anything fails if not put in correctly. My cats and husband love when the sun shine in the family room.

Home decorating/remodeling sales must be down. They are tying to shame millennials into buying color at $100/gallon paint. In fact, old favorites like almond are being eliminated. It was almost impossible for me to buy almond wall tiles this week.
