Our minds are going a mile a minute as they say. We aren't like our grandparents that cleaned the dinner dishes and we knew we couldn't eat anymore that night. They would then go out on their porches or yards and sit and rest for the night. Went to bed early and got up early. OUR patterns have greatly changed for most of us. We've forgotten how to rest.

It’s good your bed is in there to remind you what room you are in. Now my timer just went off. I have no idea what for. But I know to check the oven and the stove and nothing is cooking so it can’t be that important
