I hurt mine doing over head housework a few days ago..
Been suffering ever since.
This morning I got up, and there was only a slight twinge.

Trying to find an answer to THE RED FOLDER President Trump held up..when celebrating Erics birthday. Someone mentioned Putin also had a red folder in his hands his last meeting.
