Cooper could do that, but I don’t know if he’d want to. Seems that most animals have an instinct for swimming, while us humans have to learn it. Cadbury did a great job when he decided to jump off the raft. And the squirrel Cooper chased swam quite well, and even jumped out of the pool just fine. Cooper can’t do that part, for some reason, he has to use the stairs. I think that’s why dogs drown if they fall into pools. Hubby taught Cooper to find the stairs.

I love that idea! I do slip my shoes on and off (everything that isn’t a hiking boot) but I do need to bend over to make sure the heel doesn’t get smushed.
I have wide feet too, I’ll look for the Sketchers. I haven’t bought shoes in a while, so I’m sure I’ll get sticker shock.
Speaking of which, now gas is over $3....any reason why? ie., What did Joe do now?

poor kitty, I’m so glad there are wonderful people like her that take them in. I’m on a blind cat group on Facebook, cats with vision problems is unfortunately very common. A lot of kittens that are Strays get eye infections and it can totally destroy their eyes. But cats do pretty good, better than when they lose their hearing. I had three blind kittens once, found them as strays. My friends couldn’t believe they were blind because they would jump on the furniture and they could tell where things were, as long as I never moved it! I did move houses with them and the smartest blind kitty figured out how to use the cat door into the garage before the sighted kiddies did.
