Whenever someone relates these storied I am immediately reminded of the video of Jeff Sessions with a small child in a rope line approaching Joe Biden. The Joe instinctively reached for the child but Sessions immediately swatted Joe's hand away. Joe quickly straightened up nonchalantly as if nothing had happened.
