Whenever someone relates these storied I am immediately reminded of the video of Jeff Sessions with a small child in a rope line approaching Joe Biden. The Joe instinctively reached for the child but Sessions immediately swatted Joe's hand away. Joe quickly straightened up nonchalantly as if nothing had happened.
The D.C. crowd know and know well and The Joe knows to casually move on to his next target without worry ... a disgusting monster.
