I’m training my body for long-fasting. I’m currently up to one 36-hour fast per week. Goal is to begin doing these as 36 hour fasts/12 hour regular eating days (2 or 3 meals a day, no snacks)/ 36 fast /12 feed/etc. then one 72 hour fast every other month. Following Dr. Mindy Pelz on YouTube and reading the research on cancer, diabetes and Parkinson’s prevention, autophagy and healing through fasting. Might also come in handy in the coming lean times. Certainly saving money on my grocery bill, but the good electrolyte powders are kinda pricey.
long fasting: Be careful with that. Monitor your vitals for changes. Messing with circadian rythyms can throw unexpected stuff off. Even if you stretch out your meal schedule stick with the food pyramid so’s you know you’re still eating a balanced diet.

Wow! You will be one lean machine! You must be a very disciplined person.
The power of fasting is amazing. I’ll just leave it at that.
