Try this:
“So we always said: ... If there’s a problem,... out of the body inTO the presence of the Lord”...............
IOW, you instantaneously go from life in a sub, to life ‘elsewhere’....................
Put a comma after the word problem.
He’s basically saying that’s the instantaneous time from when the problem happens to standing in the presence of the Lord.
