All depends on intent. Poking harmless fun is one thing. Needless insults, stalking, harassment etc are quite another. I have experience....

?? I don’t know as I was unaware of any of that. I was referring to the sort of good-natured and even querulous ribbing that Bagster and HG exchanged, and we’ve all engaged in at one time or another in our lives. I don’t tend to make the provocateur in those circumstances my mortal enemy.
Regarding the situation you describe, name calling is a childish thing to do at best and vile at worst, and shouldn’t ever be excused when it includes racial epithets and character assaults.
This looks like more of the Deep State's efforts to 'prepare the information battlefield' so that MAGA won't believe video/audio evidence against Biden et. al. Sheesh they must REALLY be scared.
In this case it's from FAKE NEWS FACT CHECKERs on Poytner.org (Sister to Politifact, also on the same website). This example mashes two interviews on separate subjects to create a fake interview on yet a different subject. The Deep State REALLY wants us to ignore our own eyes/ears when the time is 'right' (As evidence against Biden is released).
