There’s no end to the criminality of the CIA. Of all the three-letter agencies that need to be dismantled or revamped, that one’s at the top of the list. Then DOJ, FBI (through DOJ), IRS, DOD, DOE, DEA, DHS. Have I missed any? The NSA seems to be mostly clean.
