The Military, through the Office of Inspector General, a division of the Department of Defense, which is where all of these investigations have spun out of.
When seeking justice on the Department named after it, said justice cannot come from within, but from without.
We were told ‘the plan’ years ago. We’re JUST starting to see it unfold.
The DOD has the authority to step in if DOJ investigations do not yield results.
DOJ = Exposure. DOD = Justice.
