I interpret that to mean expect the arrest of scum similar to Epstein in California.
Perhaps Ghislaine was expected to be arrested in CA where she was famously photographed sitting at an outside table eating a hamburger at an In-N-Out in LA.
Maxwell’s arrest in NH was almost a year to the day after this Q post. That photo of her was about 6 weeks after this Q post. Q knew where she was.
