Private versus public property.
This website is private property - the proprietor does what he wants with it, like a restaurant. Those who don't like this restaurant flip through the webpages of other websites to find some that serve more content they find appetizing, in the environment they prefer. It's legal for the website to operate as it does.
America is public property -for the people, by the people. We're being lied to, swindled and if they suceed, killed and imprisoned. We don't have another America to go to, and we shouldn't have to leave this one. Higher stakes, but more importantly, America is not the personal property of the Democrats; they just behave like it is, and as if we are their chattel.
The Democrats don't get to steal elections - it's not legal and if we permit it, they will destroy us all.

Honestly, looks like he uses a C-pap. My husband uses one and some mornings he has those same marks - his mask has two wide straps on each side of the mouth/nose part.
