That’s a heckuva good read of Thomas’ dissent. Slapped the majority pretty good.
I read the twit thread. Not having any legal wits, I’d love a breakdown in simple language. On the surface, it looks good to me, as a state legislature, esp if run by Dems, could make very bad rulings re: election laws.

I was hoping for some Smart Minds to help with this. On its face, it looks good to me, since legislatures and make very bad decisions re: elections when run by Dems or cowardly bad RINOs.
