That collusion isn't necessary for what is going on. If you are calling collusion, it is up to you to provide a rationale for it and explain why collusion is necessary to your plight. Simplest explanation is that he knows he owns you, can see what you post, what is on the thread and knows how to work you. He just needs you (psyched out) and him.
