I grew up on Cape Cod in the 70’s. All summer long at camp there would be rumors that Ballard had found the wreck and then one day he did.

My own opinion is that they should cease these trips. It’s like gawking at a car wreck. The North Atlantic is a brutally beautiful place, but much caution is needed. I do not hold out much hope for these poor souls.
