The worst and longest 27 seconds of that man’s life.
He would have knocked himself silly on initial impact with the wall just 100-300 feet down. Either badly stunned or even unconscious. No way was he fully conscious for more than a few seconds. N.B. I'm still not recommending this as a way to go.
