ThanQ!! Tucker used the term, but I am visual, so seeing it in your post helped me to learn a new word:
chyron - kī-ˌrän : a caption superimposed over usually the lower part of a video image (as during a news broadcast)

Tucker’s video explained who was responsible and what happened to that person as a result. Apparently, although the banner was up for like less than 30 seconds, the producer was scolded. Within 24 hours, he submitted his 2-week resignation but was told to leave immediately.

Agree. But I heard he got fired.
