What does Section 11 say about how a belligerent force is removed?
IIRC, there are 3 ways of removal.
It’s the belligerent force that chooses to how it is removed.

Section 11 defines how the occupier has to treat the occupied. Section 12 jumps to negotiations between belligerants. Then goes on to note hostilities resuming is the first option. Gotta bone up more to find out when the real guys can initiate buttkicking. Someplace in there I see the second amendment making the whole thing irrelevant.
