Been doing it for about 2 years. I don’t eat between 7 PM and 12 Noon. After a few days your body gets used to the routine and you don’t feel hungry in the morning.

Had a friend that was a runner. Couldn’t lose the last 10 pounds he wanted.

I told him, if you’re serious, no eating after 6 p.m.

Popcorn, no butter or perhaps celery sticks or carrot sticks with nothing on them (I believe it burns more calories digesting than received).

He lost the extra 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks.

Before I retired I never ate breakfast and didn’t feel hungry until 12 or 1 in the afternoon. My comment to friends at work was that since I didn’t do anything for eight hours the night before but lay in the bed, I hadn’t worked up any appetite. Recently I read somewhere that the emphasis on the breakfast meal was promoted years ago by the Kellogg Co. to sell more cheerios!
