Indeed.
No, not really.
As a Trump supporter, there are many things in this article that I have to agree with. Trump is a great campaigner but in the end, he may not be someone who can understand what it takes to govern much or less totally reform the system from within (because there is NOT going to be any CW2 in our life times). That being said, betting that DeSantis is the “one” to do so would mean that he would have to betray all of his current establishment backers- in the back- as well as go against what the donor class and their minions (in both parties) will demand of him. If you believe that will happen- I have ocean front properties to sell you....Kansas! :(
ROTFLMAO!
Very intelligent author. I’ve met him. Wrong conclusion here. Trump is the person with the most support and he will defeat the anti-Christian and anti-Patriot members in government and media.
Ha!
Not gonna fly. They aren’t persecuting DeSantis because he plays ball with them, and will not be a threat. Nobody here will fall for this.
Nice to see all the enemies out themselves though.
Complete rubbish. He (Trump) was blocked at every turn by the entrenched Deep State Uni$Party team members. One example is building the wall to keep the invaders out.
No
That’s rig he don’t support the only president to gain more support from their first election to their second , when. Their first election wasn’t a 3 way race, since FDR to support a guy whose main argument is I’m just like that guy, only better.
The establishments attempts to push this guy are comical.
The Deep State coup against Trump was an inside job.
To hear those loyal to the Republican wing of the Uniparty use a phrase like anti-Deep State boggles the mind of this American Firster.
One of the Ronbots main whining points is that Trump’s appointments and nominations were terrible.
Hard to argue.
But a question needs to be asked of the Ronbots on this forum who love to use the term “conservative” as if it means anything after being misappropriated by the Bush and Cheney families for over the last THREE decades.
Who if any Ronbots that were on this forum in late 2016 and early 2017 can show that they were against the nomination of Jeff Sessions for Attorney General?
I know I PRAISED the nomination of Jeff Sessions many, many times as Trump’s best nomination.
I was certain ol’ Jeff was a rock-ribbed conservative because FBI fanboy Sean Hannity told me so.
ANYONE who TRACES the Deep State coup against Trump MUST start with Jeff Sessions although we now have learned it was Obama who put it in motion.
This article talks like Trump should have been a superhero and fought a winning battle against the Deep State.
How could he do that when his Attorney General went in the tank LESS than two months after the inauguration?
Pence gets a lot of hate for backstabbing Trump, but Sessions like Casca inflicted the first wound.
When Sessions recused himself the Deep State was in like Flynn.
The question that has NEVER been asked but should be asked is why didn’t Sessions INFORM Trump before his recusal?
The answer is that Trump was in a position that he could not easily fire or ask for Sessions resignation, because if he had he would have never been able to get any nominee through that might resist the Deep State.
As it turned out, Trump nominated Barr ONLY because he was told by McConnell that was one of the FEW nominees he could get conferred in the senate.
Trump gets slammed for nominating Barr but look at all the traitors in senate who belong to the Republican wing of the Uniparty; Barr was the choice of those that confirms the nominee more than he was the choice of the one does the nominating.
A lot of folk on this forum don’t want to understand how the three branches operate and think a POTUS is like some southern governor who has his legislature in his back pocket to do anything he dictates.
Trump took a chance on Barr because the China Mitch told
him that Barr about all he could get through committee and confirmed.
The SECOND question is EVEN more interesting.
Who did Sessions discuss his recusal with if anyone?
Is there anyone on this forum who thinks Sessions did NOT discuss it with Mitch McConnell?
Jeff Sessions may have conservative credentials but he revealed that Deep State is operated by those who are loyal to the Uniparty in which claims of ideology mean NOTHING.
My view is that Sessions and McConnell wanted Trump to twist in the wind without ANYONE in the DOJ who would treat him fairly.
Had Sessions done the HONORABLE thing and offered his resignation and Trump done the smart thing an accepted it.
Trump would have had at least the opportunity put someone at DOJ saw that he was treated JUSTLY which the evidence shows he was not.
Both Sessions and McConnell would have liked nothing better than to see Trump taken down and their boy the “Ultra-Conservative” Mike Pence take his place.
Sessions and McConnell were not in meetings with Obama and the other leaders of the coup, but they were FULLY aware of what was about to be unleashed on Trump and did NOTHING to stop it; just enable it as best they could.
I am not sure what is more laughable.
Ronbots using the term Deep State or claiming that Trump should have somehow fought off the Deep States WITHOUT a single person in the DOJ to see he was treated justly after that rock ribbed conservative Jeff Sessions recused himself and threw Trump to the Deep State wolves.
Anyone that thinks that the Swamp won’t use lawfare against DeSantis is a fool. Trump can afford to fight back. DeSantis can’t The type of attack they would bring would destroy DeSantis. He will be out of his league if it were to come. Trump is used to dirty tricks and the Swamp was even a surprise to him. None of us had any idea just how bad it is. DeSantis will be like a lamb going to slaughter. Trump probably has a hundred attorneys working for him. How many do you think DeSantis can afford? Sadly, this IS what this comes down to.
Nice blackmail demand there.
DeSweatis needs to do the right thing, and, drop out of the race, keep his promises to Floridians, and, endorse RPOTUS Trump.
We know he won’t do the right thing, though.
Nope. I was supporting Desantis but after Trump was indicted I’ve changed my mind. Trump ‘24!!!
