Yes it can be lonely to be a man, we have all been conditioned from childhood to stay away from strange men, because some of them are dangerous.
This is true, even though most are good men, there are always some 5% or more who are deranged in some way. And you can't always tell from appearance.
Those who do form friendships usually have something in common.
We are also conditioned from prehistory to avoid anything abnormal, since it could be a sign of illness or insanity or ill intent.
Sorry to say, a woman believing she's a man, comes across as abnormal.
She has nothing in common with regular men, additionally men will avoid contact because they know their wives or girlfriends will not accept her as just another guy.
