Modelo is actually a pretty good beer which is widely available as it is an InBev beer. IMO it will likely decline in quality while remaining same price. This seems to be the M.O. of InBev.

Complicated, actually. Modelo is InBev EXCEPT in the U.S.. They sold U.S. rights as part of an anti-trust agreement. It is part of Constellation Brands here.

It’s not an InBev beer in the US. InBev had to give up distribution in the US to Constellation Brands as part of the InBev Budweiser merger.
