Yes it does... obvious mental and emotional stability issues.
Unfortunately we no longer have the draft, requiring our young men to serve which often builds their character - where boys become men.
I don’t think they should’ve eliminated the draft...It served a very useful purpose in the building of the integrity and patriotism of our country...As you said, turned boys into men...
