A 16 year old girl should have known better. Maybe she was drug addled or somewhat retarded. Sad, but some actions will cancel out any second chances.

If she didn't know better it's most likely her parents fault. A lot of the stupid thing we see today comes from bad parenting. Just look at all the transvestite children. There are parents pushing this dangerous lifestyle on their infant children. Children need parents to help guide them through their early years. Many children don't get that guidance.
