If you look carefully, it’s rather obvious what it is.
On the left (front) end of the thing, we can see it’s a giant snake with bench seats installed along its back.
So, it is obviously a form of pre-historic mass transit.
The bottom depictions seems to be a view from the inside of the vehicle.
It appears to be TWO reindeer harnessed to the front of the sled......................
