Does anyone know about the legality of write-in names on ballots for President? If we all actually write TtT’s name on the ballot, can they cheat? If there is a groundswell to write his name on the ballot, despite his being indicted, would that be legal?
And if we all wrote him in and fairly elect him, will the military honor that vote?
Does military law supersede civil law?

When I suggested this idea to our county’s Supervisor of Elections, she said all ballots who have “unauthorized” write-in candidates will be considered “spoiled” and the entire ballot will be thrown out.
In other words, the government decides who they will approve as acceptable “write-in” candidates. I wish I had known that earlier, because I had written in names in previous (local) elections.
