Think about it in general; Smith dropped all references to the 'records' violation because there are no criminal statutes there - AND previous federal court rulings specify that an ex-president has a right to possess his own papers.
Smith abandoned all legalfare mention of 'classified' because he stands to lose the argument that the president has exclusive right to declassify whatever he chooses.
Smith charges that the president has possession of documents that endanger national security - but he refuses to reveal the documents. How can Trump mount a defense if he is not allowed to see the evidence being used against him? Let us see how far that goes.
Trump is charged by Smith with obstruction of justice - but Smith has to show what crime is being protected... that is the nugget of his case.
Then Smith is charging 'conspiracy'; conspiring with whom? His personal aide? His attorneys? (Smith has attacked attorney client privilege; let's see how that plays in court.) Of course, 'conspiracy to commit a crime.' ...see above.

And, Parlatore is only one of the least of the damning testimonials to bury Jack Smith, Garland and Wray and Biden.
POTUS is timing his big drop for his own coming “up close and personal” moment. Something to do with “seeing the white of their eyes”.
Presuming nothing on my part,.... but, POTUS’ opportunity for that moment just may come in Court. I would not be surprised by his personal appearance in court, at some point, to deliver the Coup de Gras, himself.
