Oh they got a picture. It’s fuzzy with no refernce background but they say its better than the Navy footage where a couple of wise guys got in a room and had this conversation.

Ok, I got an idea for the UFO footage. They don’t exist but what characteristics do we need to capture.

yeah, how about this, we use aircraft footage of the ocean and fuzz that up.

wait, we can put it superimpose a cockpit heads up display over it.

I can see that. How about we tilt it a little to make it look like the aircraft is tracking it in a turn.

Alright, we have speed of the footage and implied speed of a fighter in a chase. It’s low light, blurry with no background reference. Fkng perfect.

What about the UFO, what do we do with that?

I have an idea, let’s make it small an indistinguishable. whiten it to give it contrast enough contrast and put it right in the middle of the shot. Because the fighter is “tracking it” [much laughter] keeping it in the middle will look authentic to the advance sighting technology.

What if we tilt it a bit to give it that feel of manuvering.
