I would invest in a foster-father program that would put dad’s into every single-family home.

I don’t recall the numbers, but it is tragic how many black families are now single-parent (mom). I’m not sure LBJ was smart enough, but along with getting them to vote democrat for the next 200 years, it is also a great way for government to take over even a greater role as society decays due to the lack of a father in the home.
