I’m thinking this constitutes being forced to take something whether you want to or not.
Son who lives in MA said he was not REQUIRED to take the jab but it would have made for a very hostile work environment if he didn’t.
Same for my husband, he would have been singled out. Plus he would have had to have been tested every week. But they will use that if anybody brings a lawsuit.
I wonder if there is any lawyer willing to take this up. Also, I would like to punish not only the corporations, but the specific individuals within those corporations who wrote those restrictions. If we begin holding individuals accountable, others will think twice in the future before being this dictatorial.
I am still made over “being given a choice.” Yeah, right. When the hubs and I did not select the desired choice, we were then required to fill out a questionnaire so the committee could help us make a GOOD choice.
