Actually, I love the heat. These temps are okay, but I'm willing to swap. The high should only be 82 today.

Physically, things are a bit challenging right now. I'm being very careful and watching to see if I'm improving or if I need intervention.

I also don’t watch the news much. It is very upsetting. I have no confidence in our two-tiered DOJ. Also, a person close to me is in Poland right now. He is not in a good place.
