A thought....after reading about Mel Gibson could my poor town be getting government money to fight child trafficking here under our million dollar Main Street 3 phase plan? We also have many apartment units all over the city. All new and businesses closing here often. So our taxes aren't paying for the secret work under our street. After all we are the historical Underground Railroad hub in this area of the U.S.
