Can you imagine....illegal to collect water...that falls on your own property?!
What next....the air on your property will be captured, monitored and released, based on your ESG score??
Speaking of water ... my sis received a letter that her water company will be taking part in ‘smart’ water monitoring...so, they need her full “profile” completed ... so that they can better ‘monitor her use, and, make suggestions for how to use water more wisely, and, save money’....
Riiight....and, cut the water off, when they deem necessary.
No thanks. I told her to ignore it. They’ll probably turn her water off, if she does not comply.

Where in TX does she live?
I was watching one of my City Council Meetings a while back and they indicated the State is going to pass some kind of environmental bill and the city will have to comply that WE WON’T BE ABLE TO WASH OUR OWN CARS IN OUR OWN DRIVEWAYS. Something about the soap etc going down the sewer. What about ALL the car washes?
It is legal to collect rain water in WA but that doesn’t help me as we get very little rain where I live. :-(
