I was thinking of making some, too!
I saw one article (when I was searching about) that said they used a Cetaphil cream base....I have that!
I also have the injectable Ivmectin (for the cows...ha!) and would just need to determine ratios.
This is what my eye doctor told me to use for my dry eyes. It seemed to help but then I ran out and forgot to purchase anymore when I was last at my eye doctors.

I also just read Baby Shampoo helps. I have some of that so maybe will try it until I go get some more tea tree oil.
I’ll send you the calculations I did for the tablets, maybe you can manipulate it for the liquid. Which sounds like it would mix in a whole lot better!
They have different recommendations for the concentrations whether it’s around the eyes or the face. But first, I’m going to go out and garden before it gets hot! This is when I wish I was a morning person.
