I was looking at a job advert for a custodian at my local community college recently. Right up front the advert read "Yuba Community College is seeking an equity-minded individual...." Take away... We aren't hiring you unless you are sympathetic with socialist goals. I expect we will be seeing much more of this going forward.

This same type of thing is happening in the Officer corps of all branches of the military. If you want to advance these days, you need to be able to express woke ideology. We know a guy who is close to being promoted to General; the crap that he spouts these days is scary. He didn’t start out that way.
And by the way this type of ideology has been advocated for a long time now in other fire departments near Seattle as well.
