I thought her rendition was heartfelt and sincere. Let the naysayers get up in front of that kind of crowd and do better.

I really have no idea what her politics are, which is perfectly fine with me. As the father of a little girl, her song, "My Father's Daughter," inspires me to be the kind of dad my little girl would some day want to sing about.

Perhaps one thing I like about her, unlike most celebrities is her ability to laugh at herself:
